As people instruct lawyers to assist with the defence of a claim at different points in the claim process (and usually after a claim has been running for some time), the work necessary and the cost can typically vary.
As I offer fixed fees for separate stages of the litigation process however, I can still help you regardless of the stage your case has reached.
As the Small Claims process is designed for litigants in person, assistance does not include court attendance. I am assisting you with your claim, not acting for you. I do however assist you with drafting all documents.
